¿Transgenic or natural?

Transgenic food is the food which receives a gene foreign to their species, and when is grown up have specific characteristics, depending on what the producer want from it.
This way, can be increased the productivity of a cultivation, make it more resistant to plagues or herbicides, or can make it resistant to hostiles conditions, as the drought.

I don’t know if I’m right, but the importance of it in the career may be oriented to solving problems of malnutrition in the world.

I decide to write about this because I’m not really familiarised with it, knowing that is an important topic day by day, and get to know the most of variables derived from this subject, the good ones and the bad ones.
There is a constant discussion about the use of transgenic food, because there is a lack of knowledge about the toxicological risk that nano-material can cause.
The most contrary to transgenic food point to the atrophy of the human chain, allergies and even carcinogenic elements. But the 90% of scientific community is with these foods and among its advantages, they say, is the reduction of pesticides (acaricides, fungicides, etc.).
So, the future is uncertain, and it will continue like this for now: According to a report by the House of Lords for Science and Technology in the UK, food companies zealously guard research on foods developed with nanotechnology, too many secrets that obscure the transparency of the use of nanotechnology in food.

And it’s not a subject I’ve been interested before, I just started feel attract for it so I’m learning about it now hahah.
I’m not agree or against it, at least not yet. But there exist the possibility that it helps a lot to decrease the hungry in the world, because it is strong food, resistant to many factors that can deteriorate it.

  1. i think if we could make a transgenic fruit, that have a lot of proteins or something like this, it could be a great transgenic product for the world

  2. Some people thinks GMF it's bad for our health, but in my opinion, it's just the opposite , i've read a lot of it.

  3. If we can make transgenic, or weird combination of fruits, the mangorange, but maybe it could have some issues with health, but who matters.

  4. "We endure that Monsanto infects our food
We endure Agent Orange and pesticides"
Transgenics can be useful tools well developed, but now they're not efficent because they're only interested on produce more food for the 7 billion people, man, tomatoes soon gonna be TOMACCO
