Having
a healthy heart is a task that we must learn from a young age, since otherwise
we are exposed to diabetes, cardiovascular accidents and a long list of
diseases, some mild and other serious.
According
to this, we will have a healthy life, which will not avoid as an ancestral

for 24 hours a day throughout life.

healthy life is in food, and 30% sport).

Some general features of eating healthy food includes vegetables and fruits, to choose healthy fats, skim milk, pistachios and nuts instead industrial chips, nuts such as walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, garlic herbal salt, olive oil instead butter, cereals, whole-grain bread/wholemeal bread instead of sugary cereals or white bread.
Here in Chile avoid to eat excessively food that contains the black seals:
